ADHD GROUPS

Our ADHD groups are two distinct yet interconnected offerings designed to empower individuals with ADHD. The first is the ADHD Bootcamp, a program that introduces the innovative Four Dragons of ADHD system, equipping participants with essential strategies for a balanced and fulfilling life. Following the Bootcamp, graduates are invited to join the ADHD Group for Academic Support & Accountability, an ongoing support group that offers a community-driven environment for maintaining and building upon the progress achieved, ensuring continuous growth and success in both academic and personal realms. Inclusive to all genders and non-binary. Group size is limited.


ADHD Bootcamp

Twice each semester, and once each summer, we offer the ADHD Bootcamp, which consists of 8 weekly groups, and will teach you the Four Dragons of ADHD system, created by Jared Torbet, LPC, equipping you with a simple ADHD lifestyle template to make things easier and more rewarding, from schoolwork to videogaming, from chores to socializing, from organizing to vegging. The Four Dragons of ADHD system will show you how to ‘create time’ in your life to meet the demands, while freeing up plenty of time for fun and relaxation. Are you hearing what I’m saying, ADHDers? If you follow this system, you will stay on top of your responsibilities while actually having MORE free time than before. Once you’ve completed this bootcamp, you are eligible to become a member of the ADHD Group for Academic Support & Accountability, where the sky is the limit.

Our first ADHD Bootcamps will be focused on college students. Check back with us for an ADHD Bootcamp for teens.

Cost: $50/week/person. $60 Book+Planner. Requires 8-week commitment due to limited space.

ADHD Academic Support & Accountability Group

This group is for ADHD college students ages 18-26, designed to provide ongoing support and accountability throughout each semester to better promote academic success, improve school-life balance, and increase a sense of personal fulfillment. Left to our own devices, us ADHDers tend to slack off, procrastinate, find something more fun than homework to do, and as a result, we fall behind, and experience the consequences, and often times shame and regret. One reason for this is a lack of personal accountability. This group provides such accountability via peer support. Throughout this group, members will connect with one another both inside and outside of group, with a focus on understanding, acceptance, encouragement, accountability, and self-confidence. As a group, we will celebrate successes, both big and small. (Prerequisite: you must complete an ADHD Bootcamp to qualify for this group).

THE PLANNER

The 4Dragon Planner is spiral-bound and hardcovered, designed to accompany the Four Dragons of ADHD book, putting into practice the skills learned in this system, helping you to organize your daily and weekly life, promoting organization and success in both academic and personal realms.

The Four Dragons of ADHD book is not necessary to utilize the 4Dragon Planner, but it is a great accompaniment and part of the full ADHD system.

The 4Dragon Planner includes detailed explanations for how to use each feature of the planner with some helpful tips along the way. The weekly calendar pages are laid out by the hour to help you fully utilize your day, week, and year ahead! The planner includes a place to track your to-dos, your goals and triumphs of the week, and a good habit tracker. There are also pages for notes and for planning ahead.

The calendar is undated, allowing you to pick up right where you left off if you get off track. No wasted planner pages! Just add dates to your week as you move along.
